has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of communications, marketing and promotions. She founded Susan Hamburg Marketing and Public Relations in 1995 in Orlando. She has provided statewide promotional and public relations efforts for 7-Eleven, CentraSight, Labatt USA, Mama Mancini’s, Blockbuster and Cabot Creamery.  Susan also has worked on projects for Walmart, T.G.I. Friday’s, Bailey Banks & Biddle Fine Jewelers, Marriott, Audi, KB Home, Coldstone Creamery, and MADD, among others.

 

Susan has served on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Public Relations Association, is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and served on a Panel of Experts for the U.S. Department of Labor, consulting in the areas of public relations and marketing for the U.S. Employment and Training Administration. She has also worked for the Central Florida Zoo and several nonprofit organizations in the areas of communications and development.

Jay Hamburg

has 29 years of journalism experience as a reporter and editor at newspapers that include the Orlando Sentinel, The Tennessean, and the Birmingham Post-Herald. In addition to earning several local and regional awards, he has been named one of three national finalists for the Pulitzer Prize for feature writing.

 

After founding his writing and media consulting business in 2009, Jay has done extensive work for the daily internal website and twice-monthly magazine of the Walt Disney World Resort, known as Eyes & Ears. Both are part of an information service for 70,000 local Disney cast members.

 

He also has written scores of articles for the Rollins College website and its alumni magazine. As well, his articles have appeared in Orlando magazine, Winter Park Magazine and other city magazines

 

In addition, he has developed content for:

 

  • EPA on urban waters issues and good stewardship in farming
  • Federal Alliance for Safe Homes on tornado safety, resilience planning,
    safe rooms, disaster preparedness
  • Transportation-related websites on interstate construction, public
    transportation and autonomous vehicles
  • International Code Council’s Building Safety Journal on an important
    turning point and other safety issues

Anna Figueroa

is President and Owner of Vantage Communications. She founded the full-service communications and advertising agency in 2009. Her two decades of experience in media gave Anna a deep understanding of how imperative it is for clients to combine their public relations efforts with their media investments to achieve faster growth and stronger brand identity. Her extensive experience in both media and public relations provides the expertise that has helped grow the market share and strengthen the public profiles of both local and national clients.

 

Her experience with both general audience and Hispanic markets and culture provides clients elevated opportunities for growth in both arenas. She specializes in combining media, digital media, marketing and public relations/reputation management to create a multi-layered strategy uniquely tailored for each client.

Greg Carlton

has been the Owner of and Principal Designer for RPM Design LLC, based in DeLand, Florida, since 2005. He is a print/web designer, who has worked as Art Director for the largest automotive management company in the U.S. He also created and managed an in-house corporate advertising art department and held the position of art director with several advertising agencies.

 

Greg  produces every form of print advertising from concept to fulfillment for a vast range of products and companies. His talents include:
